MetaMask crypto wallet launches the Buy Crypto feature in Portfolio Dapp to make it easier to buy crypto currencies.
Indeed, in order to become more than a simple crypto wallet that allows to store Ethereum (ETH) and many other cryptocurrencies, MetaMask continues to develop its features allowing to buy cryptos directly from its application.
The crypto wallet has just announced the launch of the Buy Crypto function in Portfolio Dapp which allows users in 189 countries to directly buy more than 90 tokens available for purchase on 8 different blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche Contract Chain, Fantom and Celo).
Concretely, users can now find the Buy Crypto directly on the Portfolio Dapp. To use the app, they need to provide their location, choose the payment method, select the token and specify the amount they want to buy. Notably, the feature automatically checks the regulations of the selected country, making it easier for users to discover customized quotes for their purchases. Once redeemed, the crypto is deposited into users’ wallets.
The payment solutions offered vary depending on the country where the user is located who wants to buy cryptocurrencies with this Buy Crypto function on MetaMask.
These include payment by debit or credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or Instant ACH for the US.
The purchase amounts may also vary depending on the regulations in force in the country where the crypto buyer is located.
