AMY : Crypto.com’s crypto exchange AI to improve users’ trading experience

Crypto.com, the popular crypto exchange, recently launched a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiative called AMY. This cutting-edge tool aims to improve the trading experience of users on the platform by providing information on preferred tokens and projects, alerts and personalized recommendations to traders.

Amy is based on ChatGPT?

Amy is an artificial intelligence that aims to help users learn more about the world of cryptos with information delivered in near real time.

In other words, AMY is an AI-powered trading companion that relies on machine learning algorithms to analyze users’ data and provide personalized information. Amy’s technology is based on OpenAI’s ChatGPT but an evolution is already in production with training on specific cash cases to provide more accurate and relevant results.

One of the key features of AMY is its ability to provide customized alerts and notifications to users.

Another notable feature of AMY is its ability to provide personalized trading recommendations. The tool can analyze the user’s trading history, risk tolerance and investment goals to provide personalized recommendations on which assets to buy, sell or hold.

Crypto.com has always been at the forefront of innovation in cryptos, and the launch of AMY is no exception. This pilot project is currently in beta phase and is only available to a handful of users when using the “crypto price” service. However, access to this service will be extended gradually to a growing number of users in the coming weeks.

The vice president of the executive Abhi Bisarya said:

We are excited to test this emerging technology through our Amy pilot. We are optimistic about the innovation of AI in cryptography, and we look forward to continuing to improve the utility of Amy and deploy additional AI-powered capabilities.
